About Apex Ads Management

Built around the first question of every agency morning: where do I look first?

Apex is the morning operating system for Google Ads agencies. Morning OS prioritises the day across the portfolio, and every client account keeps its own operating mode, schedules, permissions, targets, budgets and guardrails.

Why Apex exists

Consistent account operations without a one-size-fits-all switch.

Agencies need repeatable processes across a client portfolio, but not every client relationship has the same approval model or risk tolerance. Some accounts require complete human review. Others are ready for selective automation or a fully managed supported workflow.

Apex puts those choices at the account level. Review Mode sends every recommendation to approval. Custom Automation gives Apex permission for selected tasks, risks and schedules. Full Autopilot lets Apex AI manage the complete supported workflow within the agency’s configured targets and guardrails.

Morning OS, the Approvals Queue, warnings and activity history keep the agency informed across all three operating models. The goal is not automation for its own sake; it is a clearer, repeatable way to run Google Ads Search work across client accounts.

Product principles

Control, execution and visibility belong together.

Agency-defined autonomy

The agency decides whether each account runs in Review Mode, Custom Automation or Full Autopilot, and defines the operating boundaries.

Visibility with execution

Automation should return routine hours without turning account work into a black box. Approvals, warnings and activity remain visible.

Purpose-built for Search

Apex focuses its operating controls, analysis, execution and reporting on the Google Ads Search workflow agencies manage every day.

Data use

Google Ads data is used to provide the service.

Apex accesses Google Ads data through the Google Ads API after authorisation and uses it for the supported account management, analysis, execution, reporting and tracking-health workflows. Apex does not sell Google user data.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
