Google sign-in
Authenticate through Google’s own OAuth flow. Apex never receives or stores a Google password.
Security and control
Every client account operates within the access, mode, schedules, permissions, targets, budgets and business rules configured by the agency. Apex records supported actions and surfaces anything that needs human attention.
Connection and identity
Agency users sign in with Google, so Apex never receives the user’s Google password. Google Ads access is granted by linking client accounts to Apex through Google Ads’ own manager account link requests.

Firebase authentication restricts product sign-in to agency users authorised for the Apex workspace.
Client account links can be removed in Google Ads at any time. Unlinking Apex does not stop campaigns running in Google Ads.
Apex’s Privacy Policy describes how Google Ads data is used to provide the service and its commitment to Google’s Limited Use requirements.
Automation boundaries
Review, Custom Automation and Full Autopilot change what Apex may execute, but none of them remove the account's configured boundaries or the limits of the supported workflow.
Each account has its own operating mode, schedules, target CPL, budget settings and business guardrails.
Custom Automation distinguishes work that is automatic, approval-required or disabled under the account's rules.
Recommendations that need review arrive with a stable recommendation ID, explanation and risk classification.
Agency users can change an account's mode or pause automated execution when they need to take back direct control.
Activity visibility
Apex keeps supported actions, warnings and exceptions visible so the agency can understand what is happening across the manager account and intervene when needed.
Data and contact
The Privacy Policy explains categories of data, Google Ads API use, retention, revocation and deletion requests. Security and data-handling questions go directly to the Apex team.
Built around your morning
Morning OS lines up the accounts that need you. Review every recommendation, automate selected work, or use Full Autopilot within the targets and guardrails you define.
