This Privacy Policy describes how APEX Ads Management LLC(“Apex”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, retains, and discloses information when you use myapex.io and the Apex Ads Management platform (together, the “Service”). APEX Ads Management LLC is a Wyoming, United States limited liability company.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
When you request access, we collect the information entered in the form: your full name, work email, agency name, optional agency website, number of Google Ads client accounts, approximate monthly ad spend managed, current management or reporting tools, and what you want Apex to help with. We also collect information you provide when you register, contact us, use the Service, or manage a subscription.
Do not submit Google passwords, OAuth tokens, advertising-platform credentials, client personal data, or other sensitive information through the request-access form.
Google account information and authorisation
You sign in to Apex with Google (OAuth 2.0) or another supported sign-in method, and Apex receives the basic profile information you consent to provide. Apex does not receive or store your Google account password. Google Ads access is granted through Google Ads manager account links to the client accounts you are authorised to manage, and those links can be removed in Google Ads at any time.
Google Ads data
With your authorisation, Apex accesses Google Ads data needed to provide the supported Service. Depending on the features you use, this may include:
- Manager-account and linked client-account structure;
- Search campaign data, including campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, supported assets, budgets, and settings;
- Performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, cost, and conversions at account, campaign, ad group, ad, and keyword levels; and
- Recommendations, approvals, automation settings, warnings, and activity generated while providing the Service.
Apex uses this data to display account information, analyse performance, generate recommendations, operate the Approvals Queue, provide reports, and execute supported changes under the operating mode, schedules, permissions, targets, budgets, and guardrails you configure.
Conversion tracking data
Apex reads conversion tracking configuration and conversion performance data from Google Ads to provide tracking-health audits, warnings, and alerts. Apex does not collect leads from your websites and does not upload conversion data to Google Ads.
Technical information
We may collect limited technical information needed to operate and secure the Service, such as IP address, browser or device type, requested pages, timestamps, and server logs. For spam prevention, request-access rate-limit identifiers are derived using a keyed one-way hash rather than storing the raw identifier in the rate-limit record.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- Evaluate, store, and respond to request-access submissions;
- Provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Service;
- Connect to authorised Google Ads accounts and provide the supported account-management, analysis, approval, execution, tracking-health, and reporting workflows;
- Apply the Review, Custom Automation, or Full Autopilot settings selected for each account;
- Administer subscriptions and respond to support or privacy requests;
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse; and
- Comply with legal obligations.
3. Google API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use
Apex’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- We access Google user data only to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in the Apex Service.
- We do not sell Google user data or use or transfer it for serving advertisements, including retargeting or personalised advertising.
- We do not use Google user data to train, develop, or improve generalised or standalone artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
- We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless we have affirmative agreement for specific data, access is necessary for security or abuse investigation, access is required by law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymised.
Some user-facing features, such as campaign drafting, optimisation analysis, report narratives, and the in-app assistant, process relevant Google Ads data using third-party artificial-intelligence service providers acting as our subprocessors. That data is transferred only to generate the requested output inside the Service, is not used by those providers to train their models, and is subject to contractual limits on retention and use.
4. Security
We use technical and organisational measures intended to protect the information handled by the Service and limit access to authorised people and systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. The public security page describes the product controls and operating practices used to keep agency access and automation boundaries explicit.
5. How we disclose information
We do not sell personal information or Google user data. We may disclose information:
- To service providers. Providers may host infrastructure, persist request-access records, support authentication, process payments, or provide operational tooling on our instructions.
- For legal compliance. We may disclose information when required by law or a valid legal request.
- For business transfers. Information may transfer as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganisation, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy and applicable law.
6. Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as needed to evaluate requests, provide the Service, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention may differ by data type and account status.
- Revoke Apex’s Google access through your Google account permissions; or
- Request access, correction, or deletion by contacting ben@myapex.io.
Following revocation or a valid deletion request, we will delete or de-identify associated Google user data within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, applicable law may give you rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information, or request portability. Contact ben@myapex.io to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
8. International data transfers
Information may be processed in countries other than the one where you are located. Where required, we take steps intended to protect transferred information in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.
9. Cookies and similar technologies
The marketing website does not use advertising cookies. Essential cookies or similar technologies may be used where needed to operate, authenticate, or secure the Service.
10. Children’s privacy
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will update the effective date and provide any additional notice required by applicable law when material changes are made.
