Open Morning OS
Start with the agency-wide view of completed work, approvals waiting, tracking warnings and accounts that need attention.
How it works
Morning OS prioritises the work across your client portfolio. Behind it, run each account yourself, automate selected tasks, or let Apex AI manage the supported workflow.
Setup
Apex links the Google Ads client accounts your agency manages, then adds account-level operating controls around the supported Search workflow.
Sign in with Google, then link the client accounts your agency manages to Apex through standard Google Ads manager link requests. Apex never receives your Google password.
Apex organises the linked Google Ads client accounts and their supported Search campaign data in one workspace.
Choose Review, Custom Automation or Full Autopilot for each account, then define analysis and execution schedules, permissions, targets, budgets and guardrails.
Apex analyses the account and either routes work to approval or executes it according to the configured mode. Actions, warnings and exceptions remain visible.
The daily loop
One queue across the portfolio: what needs review, what Apex handled and what to do next, each with a reason and a time estimate.
Start with the agency-wide view of completed work, approvals waiting, tracking warnings and accounts that need attention.
Review queued recommendations, warnings and any task that falls outside a Custom Automation permission or risk rule.
See the supported changes Apex AI executed, the account settings they were evaluated against and when they occurred.
Adjustable autonomy
The distinction is not cosmetic. It controls how analysis, execution and approvals work for that account, and how much of your morning queue Apex clears for you.

FAQ
The practical details agencies need before choosing an operating mode.
No. Review Mode, Custom Automation and Full Autopilot are configured per account. One client can require approval for every recommendation while another runs the complete supported workflow on Full Autopilot.
Apex AI monitors and analyses the account, produces optimisation decisions and executes supported Search workflow changes according to the analysis and execution schedules, budgets, targets and business guardrails you configure. Actions are recorded, and warnings or exceptions remain visible.
Apex does not treat Custom Automation as blanket permission. Tasks or risk levels outside the account's configured rules remain in the Approvals Queue for your team to review.
Yes. Your team can change an account's mode or pause its automated execution. Review Mode remains available when you want every recommendation approved before application.
Apex is purpose-built for Google Ads Search campaigns, with supported workflows across campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, budgets and reporting.
Apex audits each account's Google Ads conversion tracking setup, flags weak or broken configurations and raises tracking-health warnings and alerts, so optimisation decisions are made with a clear view of conversion data quality.
Built around your morning
Morning OS lines up the accounts that need you. Review every recommendation, automate selected work, or use Full Autopilot within the targets and guardrails you define.
